Job Description
Responsible for sales of technical products and services to customers complex system requirements. Perform account management activities to build and maintain relationships with customers and act as a resource and facilitator to resolve customer service issues as they arise. Participate in market planning and technical development of products and services.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
Understanding of embedded systems, FPGA, micro controller, and overall system design.

  • Make sales contacts to sell AKA technical/engineering products and services
  • Establish and build relationships with decision makers and determine the best strategy to increase sales breath and depth at target accounts
  • Meet sales targets in dollars or units sold as established
  • Write, suggest and/or implement specific business plans for management and operational aspects of scope of project
  • Establish contacts and develop sales contact plan for each product line
  • Build accounts file knowledge and understand each account’s business and process
  • Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to customer executives, management and consultants regarding products and services
  • Perform sales tracking

Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed. Ability to produce creative/positive solutions for customer service need through negotiation or persuasion.
